Privacy Policy

Effective date: 13 October 2026 · Last updated: 13 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kuzgo Yazılım Limited Şirketi ("Kuzgo", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the HotLak mobile application and the website hotlak.com (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. We receive purchase confirmation details from Google Play, such as the order ID, product, purchase token, purchase time and subscription status, so that we can deliver what you bought.

2. How we use information

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, "KVKK"), we rely on: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Services; your consent (for example for personalised advertising or notifications, where required); and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Chat, calls and other users

Your username, profile photo, game statistics and online status can be seen by other players. Messages are visible to the people you send them to and are stored on our servers so that you can see your conversation history. If you use voice or video features where available, the audio and video are transmitted through our real-time communications provider so that they can reach the other participant; we do not record calls. Please do not share personal information such as your address or financial details with other players.

4. Advertising

The app may show advertisements. Advertising partners may use your advertising ID, device information and approximate location to show ads, limit how often you see them and measure their performance. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, at any time in your Android device settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device).

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases:

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records for longer to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations (for example, purchase records), to resolve disputes or to enforce our agreements. Diagnostic and analytics data held by our providers is kept according to their retention settings.

8. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Users in Türkiye have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK; users in the EEA and UK have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

How to delete your account and data

Send an email to support@hotlak.com with the subject "Delete my account", preferably from the email address linked to your account, or use the account deletion option in the app's settings where available.

We delete your account, profile, messages and associated personal information, and confirm within 30 days. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

To exercise any other right, contact us at the same address. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States and countries in the European Union. When we transfer information internationally, we take steps required by applicable law to protect it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by other appropriate means. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
